The Acorn and the Oak

The Acorn Approach is a way to break free of limiting or painful situations. It helps you to recognise which beliefs and emotions from the past are playing out in your current situation and keeping you feeling ‘stuck’. The approach then helps you to clear the ‘charge’ from these old beliefs and emotions, so that you can become free of their influence and act from a clear and peaceful place. This process tends to bring about both a fresh perspective of your situation and an increased sense of peace.

You may feel drawn to use the Acorn Approach to free yourself from a specific limiting situation in your life. Or you may perhaps find yourself using the approach over a longer period of time, working through different issues and releasing year’s worth of emotional pain/ stressful beliefs.
